Wanfeng Acquires Volocopter Assets in €10M Deal

It's official. Wanfeng's subsidiary heptus 591. GmbH will acquire Volocopter for €10 million. 

Established and registered on Jan 17, Heptus 591's registered office is in Berlin. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diamond Verwaltungs GmbH, which is indirectly wholly-owned by Wanfeng Aviation.
