LMS-901 "Baikal" for aviation protection of forests



Representatives of the Federal Forestry Agency (Rosleskhoz) and FBU "Avialesookhrana" visited the production site "Aramil" of JSC "Ural Civil Aviation Plant" (JSC "UZGA") in order to get acquainted with the design and flight performance of the light multi-purpose aircraft LMS-901 "Baikal »and determining the appearance of the modification for performing forest aviation work.

2 Weeks On: Korean Air Airbus A330 Remains At The End Of Runway

Two weeks after an Airbus A330-300 overshot the runway during a landing attempt, the remains of the severely damaged aircraft still remain at Cebu International Airport in the Philippines. However, the name and logo of Korean Air - the aircraft's operator, have been erased from the fuselage, leaving only the blue paint livery.
