Möbius Aero, a Founding, Official Team of Air Race E, has today announced veteran-owned OUTCAST Watch Company as its first team partner ahead of the inaugural race next year.

 

Coinciding with Veteran's Day, a national day to honor military veterans and those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, Möbius is proud to announce the partnership with the Texas-based company founded and owned by Kevin Junkans, an 11-year veteran of the Army.

 

Serving as a SSG in the U.S Army, Kevin was deployed to Afghanistan from 2002 to 2003 with the 2/504 PIR, 82nd Airborne Division. Upon his return to the US he served as the Sniper Section Leader for his new unit.

 

As a contractor for the Department of State from 2010 to 2013, Kevin was assigned to the security detail for the Deputy US Ambassador to Iraq.

 

In 2017 he left the security sector and founded the OUTCAST Watch Company.

 

When asked why he partnered with Möbius, Kevin stated, "When [Mobius] asked me to come on board I jumped at the chance....Yeah, we want to win, but seeing what happens when this technology pushes everything forward… we're super excited about that."
