Eurocopter has again come out on top in the Randstad Award survey, after being voted France's most attractive employer across all sectors for the second year running. A leader in its domain for more than 10 years, Eurocopter was also at the top of the list for the third time in the capital goods industrial sector.

Speaking at the awards ceremony in Paris today, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the Eurocopter Group Michel Farssac said: "This latest distinction underscores all the effort that Eurocopter and its entire workforce have put in, and we are very proud to accept it. We have been able to establish such an excellent public image thanks to our attractive product portfolio, our ambitious innovation policy, our truly international footprint and our strong local roots. Having a clear vision of our strategy, guided by our commitment to finding new ways to better fit the needs of our customers, offers concrete development perspectives for all of our employees."

Gauging the views of 12,000 respondents on more than 200 companies based in France and operating in all sectors, the survey conducted by Randstad - the second largest human resources management firm worldwide - sets out to measure the attractiveness of the country's leading employers.

Respondents to the survey rated Eurocopter as the helicopter manufacturer with the best image and the company they would most like to work for out of all the firms they were familiar with. Their choice was based on ten key factors, including financial stability, interesting job possibilities, career and training prospects and workplace culture.
