Northrop Grumman threatens boycott of air tanker competition over selection process

Northrop Grumman Corp. on Wednesday suggested it could file a lawsuit or even withdraw from the U.S. Air Force tanker contest because of its concerns over the fairness of the competition.

"We have been very clear that this is an issue of fundamental fairness," Northrop spokesman Randy Belote told reporters at a news conference in Washington, D.C.
